Strategy, Dice, and Friendly Rivalries Await

Play New Games, Make New Friends

From quiet games of clever strategy to lively tables filled with laughter, board games have long been a beloved pastime among travelers and convention-goers alike. The Board Games area at FursonaCon will provide a welcoming space for attendees to gather, learn new games, and share old favorites throughout the weekend.

Whether you prefer careful planning, daring gambles, or cooperative adventures, the tables will be open for players of all skill levels. Attendees are encouraged to stop by, meet fellow gamers, and enjoy a few rounds between panels, events, and other festivities.

More details about the game library, scheduled sessions, and special events will be announced as the convention approaches.

Side Story

Tortoises Reportedly Still Mid-Game

Guests of last year may remember passing through the game tables and noticing something all weekend: two elderly tortoises quietly seated across from one another, tiles neatly arranged, studying the board with remarkable patience.

According nearby players, the pair began their match during last year’s FursonaCon and have yet to declare a winner.

When asked if they planned to finish before the next convention begins, one tortoise simply blinked slowly and replied, “No need to rush a good game.”

Event staff confirm the table has been respectfully left undisturbed ever since, with several attendees now placing friendly wagers on whether the match will conclude before the decade’s end.
