For more than five years, FursonaCon has proudly partnered with 2nd Chance Wildlife Rehabilitation, a Virginia Beach–based organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing injured native wildlife across the region.

Through charity events, community donations, and the generosity of attendees, FursonaCon has helped raise thousands of dollars to support the organization’s vital work. These contributions help provide medical care, food, and safe recovery spaces for animals in need before they are returned to their natural habitats.

The FursonaCon community remains deeply committed to supporting efforts that protect and care for wildlife throughout Virginia. Each year, attendees are invited to participate in charity auctions, donation drives, and special events that directly benefit the mission of 2nd Chance Wildlife Rehabilitation.

Together, the convention and its attendees continue to demonstrate that compassion and community spirit can make a meaningful difference for the animals who share our world.
